As far as it is possible, Blueprint Estimating try to do our best but take no responsibility for any improperly made actions.
Projections of other components involving changes in the principality of projects’ characteristics, cost of labor, or even price of materials may change our estimations. We are not privy to other changes that may be made. Every estimate should be taken to a professional before a decision is made on the matter. These terms govern our services to you.
Level of Accuracy
We derive most of our service from information that customers provide to us. We always strive to be as precise as possible, but there are some constraints involved. Estimates are generated through the blueprints and documents which you submit to us. If such documents are partial or contain wrong data, the estimate may not be correct. It is our policy that no errors are our own making from having the wrong information or having no information at all.
When one has corrected documents, there can be things that would change to affect the estimate. Any of these can be changes in material costs, labor costs, or project specifications. Once this estimate has been made, we cannot forecast further changes. Our recommendation has not changed therefore, we present to you the following advice: You had better consult more authority on this issue before making your final decisions.
The quantities that we have provided are essentially forecast quantities. They are not final. Actual cost can be otherwise since it involves market conditions or any other event that may happen. Thus, we try to provide realistic estimates, but one must expect costs to fluctuate from time to time.
Limitations of Liability
The use of our services implies that we don’t take responsibility for any issues or losses associated with the usage of our estimates. We make forecasts that assist you in planning; however, unforeseen circumstances may arise at the time of implementation. This may entail things such as delays and cost overruns. Errors arise because of incomplete and incorrect details presented, for which we are not responsible.
You are also responsible for checking the estimates and takeoffs we give you. We try to be accurate, but we are not responsible for decisions you make based on them. We recommend consulting other experts before making final decisions. We are not liable for issues that come from relying only on our estimates. You must use our services in a legal and proper way. Do not submit false information, bypass security, or misuse the service. If you break these rules, we can suspend or end your access.
