Termination of Services
You can terminate the services at any time with a notice to us. If you decide to cancel after we have started work on your estimate, you may be responsible for a proportion of fees completed up to that time.
We also retain the right to cancel the services if we find out that you have violated the terms or that we are not in a position to deliver the work for whatever reason. Upon cancelling the services, we shall communicate to you and work out the balance amount from what is delivered to date.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which we have our operations. If there is any controversy between you and our company, we will attempt to arbitrate it. In the event that we are unable to come to a consensus, then the matter will be taken before the courts of law, in the state where our company is based.
Indemnification
